The Legal Bits
As a standard on any event Way Ahead provides proformas for kit lists, medical forms and joining instructions. Copies of staff qualifications, CV's, insurance and safety policy are also available for information allowing clients to check, understand and be aware of our operating standards and procedures.
Where appropriate, as part of our operating procedures we will undertake a site specific Risk Assessment prior to an activity.
Way Ahead holds an Adventure Activities License, registration No. RO693 and is covered by Public Liability Insurance to the value of £2 million with Cornhill Alliance. In addition we have employers liability.
