Only feedback from others will help you reveal the true impact you have on those around you. This can be a scary thought, but most people are surprised by the amount of positive feedback they get. Constructive feedback on areas for improvement may help you identify and focus on your own training and development needs. This may lead to increased confidence, boosted self esteem and benefits to your team and organisation
A well designed 360 Degree Feedback framework helps get realistic, constructive and appropriate feedback. Feedback questionnaires are filled in anonymously by the identified participants eg. Colleagues, other stakeholders. Individual comments are more important than numerical ratings.

Feedback can be incorporated into events such as Team Builds or
Leadership Course. They would be tailored to support the aims and objectives
of the course.
